Add these in to your regular swim routine and really see your results improve. These workouts are suited for the novice as well as the advanced swimmer.
Saturday morning group rides will begin soon. The start times will be announced as the season gets closer. Look for it to start around 9:00am and then move towards 7:00 as the temperature and sun start to rise earlier. Again this year we will be rotating the starting locations. This will provide an opportunity to ride different areas each week. The rotation will be TBD:
As an added feature we will be posting the routes on Mapmyride.com, you will be able to view and print off a map of the ride. So you cant get lost.
We will also be adopting a volunteer last rider position. We are looking for riders who are willing to ride with the last rider in our group, show them the way, encourage them and help them feel comfortable in a group ride.

We will hold an informal time trial on the first Tuesday evening of the month. Cyclists will test their mettle on Stage 1 (Tuesday, May 4th) at Longview Lake. The route will consist of 1 lap around Longview Lake (12 miles). The event will be held at a different venue each month; there is no charge for the event and the reward is bragging rights. The stage and series results will be posted on our website. This event is open to members of all ages and levels of fitness. Dates, location and rules are subject to change. See you there!
